Forseti Saxophone Quartet
Forseti, the German god of wind, is believed to breathe life into saxophones. Behind the mysterious name there are four young musicians who command the world of sounds from the most delicate tone to the thundering storm. The international quartet with members of Polish, Spanish and German origin is dedicated to playing contemporary works originally intended for a saxophone quartet and to creating novel arrangements of rare masterpieces. The ensemble offers their audience many exciting concert programs and welcomes guests such as the Italian soprano singer Karola Pavone or the Greek pianist Agapi Triantafyllidi.
